Whilst taking this for mitochondrial protective effects an unexpected by-product has been a transfomation of my formerly chipped and splitting nails, which I could never grow well, to talons with three times as much thickness! I've given this to my partner too, and he is having the same results (much to his chagrin!). It's clearly doing some great stuff, and I'll have to trust that the main nutritional benefits are also happening.
