I bought this after my old blender burnt out. It used to struggle with too many frozen items and was difficult to clean due to the shape of the long cup. This machine is twice the power and the cup is wide enough to get your hand in to clean it properly. No problems with frozen strawberries and bananas! Very happy with this purchase. Worth the investment and really good value for money since it was only £20 more than my supermarket blender
