After children the obvious occurred which caused some dissatisfaction for my husband. I bought this on a whim, not sure it would work but willing to try anything. Well, I have just reordered it as my current one is sure to run out soon. Very effective. My husband is very happy, and so am I. I have never really felt anything particular going on inside (sorry for the tmi but I think it matters). I get so much more sensation now which is totally amazing. I highly recommend the product, it loses a star because I had to pay duty on the item of nearly £20 for the 3 pack. This brings the price to £90 for the 3. Still good value really but I could have done with knowing before hand this was likely.
