Vitabiotics Ultra Zinc - 60 Tablets Brand: Ultra

This was the only zinc supplement I could find that adheres to the recommended dosage for men of 15 mg. Lots of other ones out there offering 20 or 30 mg, and I'm not sure how they get away with it, or why anyone would want to take it! I would rather stick with the recommended dosage and avoid toxicity and / or kidney overload, so I shall stick with this brand.
